The consultation can take place over Skype, live chat, or the phone. During the meeting we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle and preferences in detail - but we also want to understand what motivates you. Then we’ll get to work!
Based on the information you’ve given us, we’ll create a weekly meal plan for you to follow. This will outline the exact meals you need to have in that week, with detailed instructions on how to prepare them.
Once you start, we’ll expect you to follow along with the plan and check off the meals you’ve had by logging into your Nutra Eat portal. Here, you can also let us know if you’ve indulged in anything outside of the weekly plan.
By communicating often and keeping an eye on your progress – we’re responsive to your needs. This allows us to make any changes that may be necessary along the way.
